Shane oversees all of the company’s financial activities. His areas of responsibility include financial reporting, payroll, billing, accounts payable and receivable, management of information systems, and human resources. He also helps identify ways to improve company processes, increase efficiencies, and manage overhead.

Shane has been in the accounting profession for over a decade, serving companies and clients across various industries. Leveraging his background in public accounting, he is adept at maintaining strong internal controls to achieve accurate reporting and foster accountability. He has significant experience serving as a liaison between accounting and operations management.
Shane holds a bachelor’s degree in business accounting from Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, IL. He proudly serves on the Good Shepherd Manor, Inc. Board of Directors and Professional Advisory Council.

When he’s not thinking about spreadsheets, Shane enjoys kayaking, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
